This beautiful tribute to a passage from the Book of Proverbs is a slow and solemn work for mixed choir. With influences by Arvo Pärt and Morten Lauridsen, the music moves freely between polyphonic textures and unisons. Tenacious dissonances build, then resolve into lush color chords. The non-traditional sacred text is conveyed majestically in ever-escalating, climactic moments. Minimum order of 24 copies.
